How to File a Complaint
For the quickest and most effective resolution, please always direct your complaint to the authorized dealer or retailer where you purchased your Minerva tyres.
The store where you bought your tyres is best equipped to handle your complaint directly. They have immediate access to your purchase information, can inspect the tyre, and are authorized to initiate the claims process or other necessary steps.
When you contact them, please be ready to provide the following information:

Proof of Purchase: Your original receipt or invoice.

Tyre Details: The tyre model name/number, size, and the DOT serial number (found on the tyre sidewall).

Vehicle Information: The make and model of the vehicle the tyres are installed on.
